What if you mistakenly repeat your payment?

If more than one payment has been made for one single order, the system will automatically return the rest to your account. If the payments are for different orders, please contact us as soon as possible (within 1 business day). We will try our best to stop the unwanted orders for you. Please understand that if the orders had been sent out, there would be nothing we could do to help.

How to deal with unpaid order?

If you want to delete it, please contact us to delete for you, customers can't delete it by themselves.
If you still want it, please complete payment asap.
